Studio 17P ships products to available destinations shown at checkout.

MADE TO ORDER

Many of our products are produced on demand. Production therefore takes place after an order has been submitted.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Orders are generally sent into production shortly after they are placed.

Production times may vary depending on the product, destination, demand and fulfillment location.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Estimated shipping or delivery times shown during checkout or provided after purchase are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to the carrier, destination, customs processing, holidays, weather or other circumstances.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within a time we have expressly promised, we will provide any notice, cancellation option or refund required by applicable law.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly collected at checkout or otherwise required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Studio 17P.

CUSTOMS

Customs procedures may delay international shipments. Studio 17P cannot control customs processing times.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at enna.hellberg@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after the order has shipped.
