2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
Because products may be produced on demand, minor variations in color, placement, printing, embroidery, materials or appearance may occur.
Colors displayed on a screen may also vary depending on your device and display settings.
Such normal variations do not constitute defects unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store.
Taxes, duties, import charges and other fees may apply depending on the customer's location.
Any additional import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the customer's responsibility unless they are expressly included at checkout or applicable law provides otherwise.

Many Studio 17P products are produced on demand after an order has been placed.
Production and fulfillment times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where applicable law requires specific remedies in the event of a shipping delay, those rights remain unaffected.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

All Studio 17P branding, designs, graphics, photographs, text, logos, product concepts and other original content on this website are owned by Studio 17P or used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative commercial products without prior written permission.

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes or attempt to interfere with its security, operation or functionality.
